Leaves are falling, winter's calling, furnace sings a morning song

Winds are howling, grass is browning out my window in my lawn

The garden takes a bow and says goodbye but just for now

I think it's time for change to have its way with me

Every day that flies away is just another space between

The now and then when we begin the racing, chasing life-long dreams

That sometimes run away and leave you singing lonely songs

With cords that change so much but bring you to tomorrow

[Chorus]

Looking back I see those signs, some were flashing neon lights

So bright the sky would take away the stars

Time goes by so fast sometimes, it's crazy how it passes by

But in the end it's how we pass the time

Summer falls into the winter, winter travels slow and cold

Give our years another number making everything grow old

But numbers seem to be the only things that lie between the time

Behind right now and when all we had was tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow

TOMORROW
